![]() Used Soleils Cannon Dance Awakened +2 to boost Mag for both Fryevias and lower White Dragons Spr. I used Ayaka to heal party and to dispel White Dragon. First turn White Dragon almost kills and debuffs party. Main damage dealer was Fryevia DW with 993 Mag, Friend Unit Freyvia at 1033 Mag, Ayaka, and Soleil with Full Enhancements. Never posted before so bare with me haha. If you are replying to a discussion, please indent your reply with : for easier readability. Will imperil itself and skip the turn when entering BREAK state.Anyone may add their own testimonial by editing this page. Turn 3: Dark/Fire imperil, Dark/Fire nukes, ST physical Turn 1: Light/Lightning imperil, Light/Lightning nukes, ST physical NV Akstar - Damage dealer with dragon killer build.Īll units have at least 14,000 HP (including HP barrier) to survive the fixed attacks. Primrose - Dark imbue and secondary BREAK shaver. Provides esper orbs, HP barrier and 50% general mitigation for the fixed attacks. Has 300% Fire/Lightning/Light after buff.ĭagger - Healer. Their preemptive cover is useful for the preemptive dark nuke (needs 300% Dark resist). ![]() ![]() BREAK shaver with 2 swords + BREAK skill. Team: NV Gabranth (CG) NV Summer Fina & Daisy Dagger Primrose NV Akstar NV Akstar This is manageable between gear and barriers. With this strategy, you only take damage during the fixed damage turns at above 50%, which is 14k total if you have 50% mitigation. I actually only got down to about 8% in the two turns of burst, since my Akstar was pretty weak, but finished off the next turn. For safety, break the turn before the fixed damage rotation, so it will be skipped. Then when you're ready to burst, break, do a big hit that turn, and then finish off the next turn (he skips his turn when Broken). Instead of depleting Break gauge early, slowly chain down to above 50%. I went back to test a cleaner method, and this way is much easier. I managed to survive by keeping reraise, barriers, and mitigation up (sometimes defending for the fixed damage turn). The fight is then much slower as there are deaths and the Break hp is higher, so it takes a lot longer to re-break. First time was just going for pure damage, but after depleting the Break gauge, Akstars brought the dragon below 50%, where he does 4x 28,000 fixed damage every turn II rotation. No one needs resist except Cecil, since everyone is relying on guts for the preemptive. Akstars just chain (imbue and imperil ice). There is a lot of redundancy in the supports, so you could replace units or swap out one for a Tifa-esque finisher. Mitigation can come from Cecil's LB, Gabranth's LB, or Pone's CD. Aerith healed and provided barriers, also some MP regen and reraise if necessary. Pone did elemental imbue and helped with barriers, also LB damage buff for a burst. Really anyone but Cecil and the damagers are replaceable with this strat. NV Akstar (11.2k hp, built for Dragon killer and attack)Įveryone has guts natively except Pone, who gets it from accessory (can also use Reno's STMR). NV Gabranth (passive provoke, dodge, 22k hp) Pone (17.8k hp, guts with ChocoFina STMR) ![]() Went for a non-Tifa (and no Fina/Daisy) strat:Ĭecil (245 Fire, 205 Lightning, 255 Light, 255 Dark), 17.2k hp
